In our 160 sq mt country house we can host up to 8 persons for short and long stays but we are also available for events like parties, weddings or birthdays. In fact we can host up to 40 guests indoors and 100 outside, thanks to the large 4,000 sq mt garden which, along with the pool, extends for.
Conditions for the Stay
Arrivals and Departures
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Minimum stay of 7 days, flexible arrival.
For booking stays shorter than 7 days, ask for prior confirmation.
At booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be required, to be paid by bank transfer.
The booking will be considered accepted once the transfer has been made.
The remainder will be paid in cash upon arrival.
We do not accept credit cards or ATM cards.

The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
It is possible to request the use of the pool also during the period of unavailability, with a supplement of €200 per week.

We rent the structure for events (providing the ground floor rooms, garden with furnishings and pool) at a price to be agreed which varies based on the number of people and the event to be organized. A deposit equal to 30% of the agreed total amount is required.
Please contact the owner well in advance to request the structure's availability.

General Conditions for the Use of Facilities
Rooms
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. Failure to observe this prohibition will be punished according to the laws in force.
Swimming Pool
Maximum depth 2.20 mt, open from May to September. Use is reserved exclusively for guests. Observance of the regulations available at the facility is required.
Outdoors
Please maintain respectful behavior towards the surrounding environment, plants and garden of the property.
Tennis Court
Use is reserved exclusively for guests of the facility.
